Firestone Complete Auto Care

Michael was awesome. We are so grateful that he was able to fix my 19 year olds tires before she made the long journey home for the holiday weekend. We came in at the last minute but he jumped through hoops to get it done by noon!

Usually I change my own oil, but needed a couple other minor services done and was short on time. Firestone was able to get me in that morning and knocked everything out in under the estimated time. Great customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Overall made my day much easier and a great experience. Will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any needed future services.

Firestone has taken over my car and taken care of it in a way my last mechanic simply failed to do for a number of years. I have had to take it back to Firestone a few times for follow up work (it is an old car ) but the personnel have been very honest and not overcharged me for any follow up work. I’d like to send my thanks especially to Colby for making communication so easy. Huge thanks for the rest of the team too. Made two trips to Chicago recently with my children in the backseat, no issues and felt safe. Glad that my car is (finally) in good hands

I had a flat tire the night before and I came in at 7 AM hoping to get it fixed before my daughter's hospital appointment at 8:30 (we drove from 800 miles away to get to this appointment). Despite coming in during a severe thunderstorm / tornado siren, the guys were super friendly, patient, and took care of me right away. They were honest and did great work. We made it to the appointment on time and drove 800 miles back home safely that day. Thanks!

Had a great experience at Firestone yesterday! My oil change was quick, affordable, and super easy from start to finish. I was in and out faster than expected, and the team was very thorough about letting me know everything going on with my car without being pushy. They were honest, professional, and made sure I understood what needed attention. Really appreciated the great customer service and fair pricing. Definitely recommend!
